Beach House. Great house. Great location

The Beach House is a spacious and charming Victorian house over looking Crooklets Beach. It also has many other beautiful beaches and cliff walks nearby. The house is close to the small coastal town of Bude and within walking distance to shops, cafes and restaurants. Bude's excellent 18 hole links course is a stones throw from the house.
We hire out surfboards, please enquire when booking.
The Beach House is home from home and superbly equipped to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. There is free Wi Fi, HD flat screen TV, DVD player (with a selection of children's dvds) & stereo. There is a separate games room with table tennis and extra toys and games for children. There is a BBQ and outdoor seating, at both the front and the enclosed private courtyard at the rear of the property. This house offers 3 large double bedrooms with 1 en-suite master bedroom and 3 twin rooms, all with wash basins. The living area offers a comfortable lounge with wood burner, which leads into a dining room with a large dining table. Bude is a small town with lots to offer and the delights of Devon and Cornwall are both accessible. This is a great house for a get together whether its summer or winter.
If you wish to book a meal at a restaurant for a special occasion, please do so in advance!
Min stay of 7 nights during peak season.
Mid week breaks starting from ÂŁ500
20% discount on 7 night stays.
Changeover day is normally a Friday for a 7 night stay. Weekend breaks & times can be flexible, please enquire.

A wonderful property, just perfect for our entire family of 7 adults, 3 kids and a dog. Perfect location almost on the beachfront and a small walk from the main town. Great facilities and comfy spaces. Will absolutely be coming back!

Wonderful venue for my Mums 80th Birthday.

We had a wonderful stay in Bude . Jo the host was really supportive and helpful. I was with all my elderly relative's so the house was perfect for all our fun and games . We used all the local facilities so didn’t even need to cook. Views looking at the sea was wonderful . We will be back

We liked our stay at The Beach house and loved it being so close to the beach, great location- and the pool going in twice a day. Jo was very helpful and accommodating.Thank you! They only thing I would say that it all looks a bit tired an that if we had been 12 if would have been tight squeeze in the lounge to all sit together and it is more suited for groups with children as bunk bed ( which we did know about)and the 6 Th bedroom with small single beds, which isn't shown in the photos and I had to inquire about...

Perfect house

Wonderful Property with fantastic views , A short walk from the bars and cafes in Bude either along the coast path or road . House has everything you need lots of kitchen equipment etc which was great as we cooked a lot . Beds were lovely and comfortable and a log burner was super snuggly in the lounge . Everything was fabulous ! ( a basic sweeping brush would be useful .) We would Recommend to everyone but then it would get too booked up !!! Thank you

Our Solstice break

Everyone loved the house , the children loved exploring the big house.! And of course being so near the beach! Our temporary home was warm, comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. We loved the old photographs, paintings, pictures and decor. It was a cared about house. We all wished we could have stayed longer. Thank you for making our stay such an enjoyable one. As we were leaving, we met the ladies who clean and set the house up ready for the next lot. They we're so lovely. We would like thank them too, for doing such a wonderful job.

Summer Surf Bude 2023

We all loved our stay at Beach House and Games Room with Table Tennis was a real winner with younger members of family. Position to beach was fantastic and having backyard to put wet suits, bikes etc very helpful. In short everything worked out well but did find one oven cooking for 10 was a bit more difficult and two would have made a big difference to the time it took to for mealtimes.

Perfect 70th birthday weekend!

We stayed at the Beach House as a group of 9 adults and 3 children for a long weekend to celebrate a special family birthday. The house was perfect with everything we needed for us all from age 6 months to 80! The kitchen was wonderfully equipped, the bedrooms had plenty of space. The dining table fitted us all around, and the close proximity to the beach was fantastic for accessible walking. There was room for all the shoes, the coats and the food & drink that comes with a large group! We had an amazing time in a fantastic location and would love to make a return trip!

We had a fab time. We went with our children and grandchildren. The location was fab for beach. Great house well equipped for toddlers and teens. We absolutely had the best time. I will definitely be returning for another family holiday. Host was great with communication and very helpful.

Life's a Beach

A spacious well-equipped property close to some of the most beautiful beaches in Cornwall. There is a good mix of double and twin-bedded rooms, sleeping up to 12 people. The backyard and small front garden are both dog and child proof. There is a range of activities locally for adults, children and dogs.

My family and I recently stayed at the Beach house near Crooklets beach. The house was well equipped and with 11 people and two dogs staying was not too overcrowded. All in all a lovely holiday was had by all.

Family Time...
