This hotel is close to some eating places e.g. Anchor Bar and Boulevard Centre. The hotel is clean and comfortable. It has the basic breakfast items. The bed is comfortable and the room was quiet. However, the elevator was not working so that made it a bit difficult as my husband has knee issues. Also needed 2 full length pillows- not just short ones. The shampoo dispenser is hard to use as you really had to push hard in order for the soap to come out.

The Comfort Inn Staff are so friendly and helpful. The elevator is not operating, although the rooms are clean, the beds very comfortable and all linens including bath towels are fresh, clean and bright. I enjoy the morning breakfast which is delicious.

Very nice

The only thing I can complain about is the fact that the elevator was broken and we had rooms on the third floor. We had quite a bit of luggage since we have been on the road for about a week. On the brighter side, the front desk manager graciously helped us carry our stuff up to our floor. He did not have to do that and I really appreciate his taking the the time

There was nothing immediately around the property and the area seems slightly unsafe to me. Elevator wasn't working and staff said it won't be fixed for about a month. Very limited outside seating that was not designated for smokers

Bad experience! Won’t stay again.

I had a bad experience. This was my first stay at the hotel. We had three 70+ elderly with knee problem and the elevator was broken. We were not informed about the broken elevator. Worst part is that, on the 2nd day, the key card stopped working after we returned back at night tired. Seems like they disabled it. I had to go to the reception, down the stairs, to activate it. All my family members had to wait on th corridor (tired) for the key to be activated.

Not the best

The elevator was broken and although we had a room on the second floor, it still wasnt easy going up and door. There were also multiple things that visibly needed repair.

This property was awful. Elevator broken, bathroom filthy, carpets stained, pool dirty. Room not cleaned even once during a 5 night stay despite requesting twice. Non-smoking policy not enforced. Patrons cooking in their room causing smoke which was a safety concern not addressed appropriately by the staff. Will never stay at a comfort inn ever again.
