We are excited to share our upgraded home with you!

The Timberland Cottage has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops throughout. We have over 1,400 luxurious square feet for you to create lifelong memories.

Includes FOUR smart televisions and high-speed internet to stream anything you need! TVs in every room!

Our three bedrooms consist of one king, two queen beds and sleeps 6. Both full size bathrooms are fully stocked with towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

The fully stocked kitchen has everything from pots/pans/dishes/glasses to specialty items.

Hang out at the bar in the dining/living room and enjoy an adult beverage with our cocktail glasses.

There is a low-top table or a high-top counter that create the perfect business center for our guests who need to work on the go.

The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer complete with complimentary laundry detergent, an iron, and ironing board.

In our pantry, we offer basic cooking spices/condiments.

The party patio includes party lights, a fire pit, and a charcoal grill. The yard is fenced for many backyard games!

Nestled in an great neighborhood convenient for walks, enjoying coffee on the porch, or gazing at the sunset.

Located only 1 mile from Choctaw Casino (great concerts!), 15 minutes from Southeastern Oklahoma State University, 20 minutes from Lake Texoma (great boating and fishing!), 35 minutes to Blake Shelton's "Ole Red Restaurant and Bar", and minutes from delicious restaurants which makes this an ideal location.

Cozy, comfortable, great location

We loved our stay. Easy to find. Clean, cozy, spacious, and comfortable. Lots of kitchenware that allowed us cook many meals at our home away from home including storage. Great location to nearby towns and amenities. Loved easy drive to the casino. Definitely would stay here again should our travels come this way again.

The house was very nice. Lots of cooking supplies. A couple of the pans that we removed from the cabinet had quite a bit of dust on them, nothing a quick washing didn't fix. The barbeque grill was not usable. There was rust and a big hole in the bottom where the charcoal would have gone.Lastly someone before us had put out about 6 cigarettes in the grass just outside the back door going onto the patio. Other than those easily fixed problems I felt really comfortable in the home and would stay there again when we visit the Durant area.

Foreigner getaway

We were coming into town to see Foreigner at the casino in Durant. The hotel prices at the casino for that weekend were astronomical, so I began looking for other options. Glad to have found this cute lil house that was so close to the casino. Quiet neighborhood and a short drive to where we needed to go. Comfy bed, too! Will keep this property in mind when we come back to town.

Beautiful home!

The house was perfect! In a great location that made trips to our event at Choctaw 4-5 minutes max. Beds were comfortable. The house was so clean and had everything we needed! The neighborhood was quiet. We hope to stay here again next year!

Wonderful Home

Our stay at the home was great. The beds were very comfortable and the home was clean. We stayed here to attend a concert at Choctaw, the location was perfect. Communication with the host was easy and she was very responsive. We will defiantly stay here again.

Close to the College

We stayed here for our daughter’s college graduation. It is very convenient for families who have students attending Southeastern. The house was very clean and stocked with all the extras we needed in order to make a nice dinner and breakfast the next morning. The host was very responsive when I sent messages. I highly recommend. This place.
