"The hotel overall is excellent, clean and the decor is beautiful. However, there are two minor issues that hold it back. Firstly, not being able to change the temperature in the room was a problem for me, as it was too hot on both nights I stayed in the room. Secondly, I do not know what was going on in the restaurant on Saturday night but it was chaos. There were three tables around me, and myself, and all four orders were wrong. It also seemed a little like some serving staff were trying to avoid eye contact with customers and were cleaning tables rather than serving guests. Friday night, however, was excellent service in the restaurant and the server was attentive and asked how my meal was, etc. Finally, the automated checkin - it is okay, but after I leave checkin, how am I supposed to know what my room number is? I was only offered the card, nothing with the room number on and I had to get a member of the chamber staff to find out my room number for me. Still, it was otherwise good, I'd stay again, and the breakfast was very good. "
