Affordable,Room was okay, Clean and tidy, old building ,currently under renovation on some part. they clean the room everyday.It just that on our last day, The air conditioning were dripping with water and the floor was soaking wet. Good thing, staffs were there to clean it.They were friendly and approachable. The hotel have an amazing view of the beach.Easily accessible go there.They have massage area just go up to the restaurant.Can book also some tours but its a third party there office is inside the hotel.

This Hotel's facility, amenity is very poor. Hot water doesn't come out from shower, we took shower with cold water, also no Hair dryer, no tissue, no coffee maker, Door lock sometime doesn't work, Bathroom doorknob is too close to wall, I smashed my finger, evator is always out of service. Also it passed more than 2 weeks from check out, but I still don't get refund. even reception staff checked our room when check out and he said ok. Only one good thing is reception staff is nice and kindly. He tried help us. If there is no staff like him, this is one star Hotel. Highly recommend to use other Hotel .

The room was clean. We had a balcony with a view of the beach and pool. House keeping was prompt. The facility is secure. There is a restaurant on site overlooking the ocean. It is on the bus route so you have affordable access to all of Cancun. There are several other restaurants within walking distance.

I’ll start off with the bad. First night I was greeted by cockroaches in my room, there is only one restaurant and it’s overpriced for what they serve, No complementary water, the excursion packages were outrageous , I though we would get a better deal booking through the hotel and ended up paying $200 usd more then booking myself online ,the hotel didn’t reply to my shuttle questions so I had to book a private shuttle from the airport and the showers are cold. On the plus side I liked the old architecture of the hotel, the beach is right beside the pool, they let us lounge around the pool after checkout to wait for my shuttle. I definitely wouldn’t book again but it was ok for four days.

Big thank to Gustavo and kudos to Francisco and Sanjay for really making this place going. We where checked in by young Gustavo who is a student, He is extremely competent and got the art of hospitality in his blood. We would have not stayed if not for his welcoming and handling all issues in a professional manner. Other than that, this hotel needs a real transformation beyond a face lift. Great location but no amenities, one restaurant only not that great and almost nothing except for AXXO convenience store close by. My advice to the hotel owners is to drop at least two stars changing it to one or two star apartment hotel only. Very misleading title.
