The apt is on the 2nd floor, you have to climb stairs. On the rooftop you will be able to enjoy a pool (shared) with a spectacular view and the Caribbean Sea in the background.

It has a room with a queen bed, equipped with everything you need; WIFI, Smart TV, air conditioning.

It is a good area to walk in Cancun, it has a cafe a few steps away, in the same way you can use a bicycle to go faster, and to go further you can take a taxi or public transport.

The building has perimeter security and security cameras in the exteriors and corridors of common areas.

It is located in a building shared with 3 other apartments. It is located in front of a busy street, there may be noise from cars, pets or from the neighbors.

RULES:

❌. Extra guests or visitors are not allowed inside the condo.
❌. No parties or noise are allowed between the hours of 9:00 pm to 9:00 am, so as not to disturb the neighbors.
❌. Guests are not allowed on the Rooftop from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am.
❌. Do not hang clothes or towels on windows, balconies, Rooftop or in view of other guests.
❌. Pets are not accepted.
❌. No smoking inside the property.
❌. Do not consume ⚠️ illegal substances.
❌. Do not litter or leave outside the apartment.
❌ Towels are not allowed to be used to clean, remove makeup or paint hair.
❌. Do not throw toilet paper or any object in the WC. Deposit it in the trash can.
❌. Do not use ❄️ air conditioning if there is no one in the property, with the windows or doors open.

✔️. Take care of the water in the shower and toilet. Let us know if you see any leaks.
✔️. Respect staff and neighbors.
✔️. The use of clothing in common areas is mandatory.
