Welcome to our charming apartment overlooking the lagoon, designed to accommodate up to 6 people, where every detail is designed for your comfort. With three bedrooms and a stunning view of the lagoon, it is the perfect retreat to relax and recharge. The living room is a cozy space to gather, and the equipped kitchen makes preparing meals easy. Enjoy relaxing moments on the balcony, where the view of the lagoon is simply spectacular.

Important Note: In this haven of peace and a family atmosphere, we seek to preserve everyone's tranquility, so parties or loud noises/music are not allowed at night.

Your stay includes a cleaning before your arrival and another at the end of your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, we will be happy to arrange it for an extra cost. We just need you to let us know in advance so we can schedule it.

We remind you that it is not allowed to leave garbage outside the main doors. Otherwise, a fine of $500 pesos will be applied. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the place in order.

We ask you to please not park in front of the property, because it is property of the marina. The fine is $200 USD.

We ask you to follow the rules for a better coexistence with the neighbors and the whole environment:

- The reservation is for registered guests only, no visitors or extra guests or pets are allowed.
- It is mandatory to wear the bracelet inside the condominium at all times.
- Please do not smoke inside the property or consume illegal substances.
- The use of loudspeakers is only allowed inside the property, during the day, at a moderate volume and with doors and windows closed, it is not allowed in the pool area.
- Please do not use towels to wipe off makeup or suntan lotion.
- The pool is open from 8:30 am to 9:00 pm. Before entering it is necessary to take a shower and not have suntan lotion or sunscreen.
- The toilets in the area do not support papers inside the bowl and also to take care of the environment we ask you not to throw them or any other object because it can get clogged and contaminate a lot.
- Swimming suits are mandatory for the use of the pool. The hours of operation are from 8 am to 8 pm.
- We are not allowed to bring glass containers or glasses, cigarettes and balloons into the pool area.
- We are not allowed to hang towels or clothes on balconies or windows in view of neighbors.
- We ask you not to leave garbage in common areas or outside the apartment, if you don't know where to throw the garbage please ask us.

⚠️ IMPORTANT:

- Replacement for lost keys, cards, bracelets, parking cards or towel costs $20 US each.
- For each rule that is not complied with, the condo or the neighborhood committee may charge up to $200 usd penalty or take or call the police for a police clearance for misbehavior.
- Reservations of 7 nights or more include only 20kw of electricity per night. Excessive consumption will be charged $5 pesos per extra kw. With responsible use this should not be exceeded.
- You have total privacy on the property, however if there is a force majeure case where we have to access the property we will let you know in advance (flooding, leaks, fire, etc).
