The property need maintenance, I got a room with a broke safe box, the phone wasn’t working, the shower didn’t work, they fixed the shower, not the phone or safe box, then I was moved to a room were the bathroom roof had a leak, a guy came to check and he ask to the reception that I need it to be change of room, but they didn’t change me. FYU this rooms were upgraded when I got to the hotel and I had to pay , extra $180, when I left I asked for a refund that was not granted.

Hotel is awful for people with mobility issues, stairs everywhere and some elevators did not work. Some restaurants in lower areas not accessible unless you use stairs. Room furniture was old and dirty, sheets stained.

I really liked that we didn’t have to make reservations for any of the restaurants, no wristbands are a plus too. They have a lot of activities going on all day every day never a dull moment, very happy place. My daughter really enjoyed the kids club the girls there are amazing!!!! Will return to this resort.

This property is not worth staying at. Our group had multiple issues: doors that wouldn’t lock, sewage smell in rooms, AC that didn’t work for several days, LONG waits for dinner…. The list is long. Plumbing fixtures were broken, bathrooms were flooded with water on the floor. There isn’t enough chairs on the property so they started charging people $25 to get a chair near the pool! The buffet was close on Saturday night so the only option was specialty restaurants, which charged you to get a table by requiring you buy a bottle of alcohol to be seated. If not, you had to wait the 1.5hrs to get seated. We ate at Spice restaurant and were seated for more then 1 hour and had not even received our appetizers yet! Dinner took over 2 hours. And they wouldn’t let other people in our group order multiple dishes to share and try together…. Isn’t it all inclusive? We were there for the Super Bowl and tried to charge us $1000 to remain in the pool side chairs we had been in during the day- if we wanted to stay in that spot for the big game on the outdoor screen they set up! Up charge, over charge, slow service, facilities are not maintained. Exposed wires near the pool, broken tiles on floors, windows don’t seal so you have wind swirling through windows even when they are closed. We didn’t get room service for the first 3 days of our stay- after asking for it, they came the next two days- but at 5pm, when we were trying to shower and get ready for the evening. PM shows Bad.

There was nothing really to like, except for the staff. Too many stairs, no clear information on available dining, rooms and property in bad shape, dirty, up sale on everything, poor food, restaurant service very slow and not the same dish was similar on a different night. Just a poor facility with bad food and bad communication regarding amenities. I WOULD NOT STAY HERE.
