Between the must-see Sarlat-la-Canéda (8 km) and the beautiful medieval town of Gourdon (10 km), this retreat invites you to relax and explore an exceptional region. Everything is designed for a successful family holiday, combining nature, relaxation, and shared pleasures.
The estate offers a large pool reserved for residents (20 x 10 m), a tennis court, and direct access to the cycle path—perfect for scenic rides along the Dordogne.
Ideally located, the house is the perfect starting point for exploring the treasures of Périgord Noir and the Lot: Sarlat, Domme, La Roque-Gageac, Beynac, Les Eyzies, Lascaux, as well as Rocamadour and the Padirac Chasm. Enjoy local cuisine, gourmet markets, river swims, hiking, canoeing, treetop adventures, or a visit to the zoo.
The 45 m² duplex is bright and comfortable, accommodating up to 4 guests. It features a pleasant living room with a fully equipped open kitchen, a shower room, and upstairs, two bedrooms (one double bed, two single beds).
Outside, a private, fenced, and tree-lined 300 m² garden offers a true haven: a terrace with barbecue for summer meals, and a peaceful spot for drinks or relaxing in the shade, with no overlooking neighbors.
