Great property all your needs catered for.

The owners very welcoming and the accommodation very modern throughout with everything you need. Hot tub a big plus. Situation very peaceful rural but close to village (walking distance) with good variety of shops. Excellently situated for exploring the Dordogne area. Would highly recommend this property .

Het was een heerlijke week op een hele fijne plek in de Dordogne. Laat geboekt, snelle en goede communicatie met de eigenaren, gastvrij ontvangst bij aankomst. Het huis is top! Het ligt in een groene, stille omgeving met een paar andere huizen en toch op loopafstand van het dorpje Carsac met een uitstekende bakker! Er ligt een weggetje naast het huis, waar soms wat buurtbewoners rijden, voor de rest is het stil, hoor je de wind in de bomen en de vele vogels. Het huis is praktisch, gezellig en met smaak ingericht. En het bed is strak opgemaakt als je komt! Ik heb er heerlijk geslapen, met bij het inslapen soms de roep van een uil op de achtergrond. Buiten zijn er meerdere zitplaatsen in of uit de schaduw en natuurlijk de jacuzzi om af en toe in te bubbelen. Ik bofte met het weer, heb heerlijk kunnen zonnen!De ligging is heel goed, je kan vanuit het huis wandelingen maken of op de fiets de voie verte op. Met de auto zijn al vele beroemde hotspots binnen enkele kilometers te bereiken. De wegen er naar toe zijn vaak al een belevenis, bochtig, bossig en rotsen langs de kant. Vanuit al die mooie plekken heb je geweldige uitzichten over de Dordogne rivier, zeker vanuit de hoogte de moeite waard.

Vacances dans une région exceptionnelle.

Repos , jacuzzi, visites. Nous avons passe deux semaines exceptionnelles. Visites du chateau des Milandes, du jardin d eau de Carsac et du jardin d Ereignac, visite du chateau falaise, de la Roque Gageac et de Rocamadour. Nous nous sommes balade dans ces villages pitoresques de la region.

Un séjour inoubliable dans une location de charme.

Nous avons passé des vacances au calme, dans une maison confortable, décorée avec goût et équipée de tout le nécessaire. Nous avons profité d'un environnement verdoyant, proche de la nature et des sites touristiques. Nous nous sommes détendus dans un spa extérieur couvert, après une journée de visites. Cela fait de nombreuses années que nous effectuons des locations saisonnières et nous avons bénéficié, cette fois, d’une location répondant à tous nos critères. Si nous devions revenir dans cette belle région c’est avec grand plaisir que nous aimerions pouvoir nous ressourcer dans cette magnifique maison pleine de charme. Grand merci à Yannick pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité.

Endroit super sympa

Tout est neuf, propre et aménagé de goût. Les différentes terrasses sont un plaisir, car on peut toujours se mettre au soleil ou à l’ombre. L’emplacement est parfait pour visiter les sites importants du Périgord noir. Le seul petit bémol : on pourrait fournir sel, poivre, pq, sac de poubelle, produit pour le lave-vaisselle etc. pour un petit supplément. Ainsi on ne serait pas obligé de courir toute de suite au supermarché, surtout quand on arrive tard le soir.

Très beau gîte

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans ce gîte très bien décoré et très propre. La literie est excellente. Les deux chambres avec chacune leur salle de bain et wc est un confort appréciable. Environnement tres calme. Localisation idéale.

Gite luxueux, dans le respect de la tradition périgourdine, très bien aménagé avec une décoration digne d'un architecte d'intérieur, le SPA dernier cri , un vrai moment de détente. Sejour vraiment indépendant et très calme. Propriétaires tres sympathiques et à l'écoute. A recommander.

location très agréable, décorée avec goût, bien située car toutes les curiosités à visiter sont dans un petit périmètre. les propriétaires sont discrets mais restent très disponibles et très agréables, merci pour votre accueil. La location est toute neuve, pour les vacances d'automne très très peu de passage sur la petite route à proximité donc pas gênant . Et quoi de plus agréable que de terminer la journée dans le jacuzzi ? bref un très bon séjour

"Lou Miya", das perfekte Ferienhaus im Périgord noir

Das neue, sehr schöne Ferienhaus ist ruhig gelegen und ideal für die Erkundung des Périgord noir. Es ist komfortabel und bestens ausgestattet, dazu geschmackvoll mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Vor allem erwies sich die Klimaanlage bei der Sommerhitze als besonders angenehm. Milène und Yannick waren sehr freundliche und hilfreiche Gastgeber, die sich immer um einen angenehmen Aufenthalt ihrer Gäste bemühten. Gab es einmal ein kleines Problem, kümmerten sie sich sofort darum und es wurde schnell gelöst. In dem netten Dorf Carsac findet man alles, was man im Urlaub sonst noch braucht: Bäcker, Metzger, Lebensmittelgeschäft, Restaurants, eine gute Weinhandlung und nicht zu vergessen den schönen, quirligen Wochenmarkt am Sonntag. Wir haben uns im "Lou Miya" sehr wohl gefühlt und bedanken uns bei Milène und Yannick. - Top Empfehlung !

Nos vacances à Carsat -Aillac

Gîte très propre , super bien équipé, soucis avec le jacuzzi mais réglé rapidement par le propriétaire. Petit bémol concernant la proximité d’une route à quelques mètres du gîte, heureusement sans trop de passage mais un manque d’intimité lorsque nous sommes à l’extérieur. Région merveilleuse, propriétaire très discret.

Calme et paisible

Gîte récent en excellent état et très bien équipé, y compris en vaisselle. La climatisation en cette période caniculaire fut très appréciée. Les propriétaires sont à proximité mais sont restés très discrets, tout en étant à l’écoute en cas de besoin. Lieu calme et proche des commerces, proche également de nombreux lieux de visites. Je recommande !

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine, au calme, au coeur de cette superbe région. Le gîte est parfait (neuf, fonctionnel, très lumineux) et les propriétaires fort sympathiques et discrets.
