"The check-in process was complicated and frustrating. After booking we were told we needed to go to a specific office to do the check-in, where we would be given the key to the apartment and where they would take us to the apartment. It was made clear that there was no other way to check in. Just before we were to arrive, we were contacted by the office that they would NOT be available to receive us and we needed to contact the owner. Very confusing. The owner then gave us the info we needed to find the key and access the apartment. My husband had to fix the shower door which would not open or close."

"A very successful stay. The accommodation is wonderful, the location is quiet, away from the tourist hustle but very close to the areas of interest. Close to the train station. And Mr. Pasini was very kind, he gave us all the useful information, where to eat and where not to. We even received a small video on how to get to the accommodation from the train station. Excellent. We will come back with great pleasure."

"Perfect location in Riomaggiore and close to shops, the train station, restaurants. Coffee in the room, our friendly hostess gave us valuable information. We loved our little balcony. Loved our stay away from crazy busy towns like Varanazza. It was the Easter holiday so some places were very crowded. "

"We stayed in Cinque Terre and wanted a place that wasn't totally quiet (Corniglia) or super busy (Montarosso), so settled on Riomaggiore and glad we booked this place. The walk up the hill is a bit inconvenient, but the friendly service was amazing. Enrico spent time with us when we checked in, going thru where to hike, helping us get the Cinque Terre card, plus there is daily complimentary breakfast 8a-10a which was awesome - I got my yogurt and oats, prosciutto and cheese sandwich (the bread is fantastic), and croissants and other pastries, not to mention the espressos and teas and juices, and fruits! Highly recommend for the breakfast and kindness. You probably won't get the same kind of help, kindness and attention in other areas or other hotels. It made our stay 10/10."
