Great place to stay in Bacalar town.

A great place to stay. Good price and accessible to the town. DOes not have lagoon access but it certainly provides nice rooms, clean, comfortable, non pretentious. A lot lot better than any of the accommodations that I have tried in town, although unfortunately it is away from the water. Highly recommended.

Avoid - overpriced and much better options around

Poor value - room with no windows, paper thin walls to corridor and bathroom door is a joke. Terrible breakfast. Disengaged staff. Internet doesn't work in rooms, only in the lobby. Only positive is location. Definitely better options available in Bacalar - avoid!

Muy buen lugar, el servicio de limpieza y personal excelentes. Volvería a hospedarme aquí. Me dejó mucho q desear el tour que ofrecen a la laguna, pero se que es muy aparte del hotel y que era más económico que el que ofrecen a los alrededores.

Excelente el único detalle a mejorar es que ofrecen estacionamiento gratis en la página de Expedia y al llegar es en la calle por qué no cuentan con área dentro del lugar, lo bueno que es seguro la zona
