Explore the beautiful Lincoln Park, visit the Lincoln Park Zoo, or take a stroll along the scenic lakefront, all just moments away. Guest Access:

Please note that our place is on the upper floor and is accessible by stairs—there’s no lift in the building.

Getting Around:

Public transportation is conveniently accessible from the apartment. The Halsted & Cornelia bus stop is just a 1-minute walk away, while the Halsted & Roscoe bus stop is about 2 minutes on foot. Addison Station is roughly an 8-minute walk, and Belmont Station is approximately 13 minutes away.



Other Things to Note:

You may hear some noise, especially at night or on weekends, as the unit is close to a restobar. Earplugs and white noise machines are available on request to help you sleep comfortably.



Pet-friendly with prior approval and pet fee. Dogs and cats only. Pets may not be left unattended unless crated, must comply with quiet hours, and are not permitted on furniture. The pet fee does not cover damage to furniture, bedding, rugs, or excessive hair/odor removal.
