Spotless room with a great view at a great price. Easily transit to all tourist spots and short walk to River North urban trail. Reception staff were extremely courteous and very friendly. Can’t say a single bad thing about this place especially for the price. Amazing property for the value.

The room was very clean and quiet. The bathroom was cool with a lip print light on the mirror and the shower had a rainfall shower head. The bed was large and comfy. We were given plenty of towels and pillows. The hotel was decorated uniquely with lots of charm. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is a bar downstairs with nice options and a more upscale look. I was very nervous that this booking would be too unique that I would not feel comfortable however, I think it was very nice for the price. I would definitely stay here again I was in the area.

Staff was awesome!!! 5 stars for teamwork. What one person didn’t know, another stepped in quickly to help. Rooms are small, view was horrible but room was only used for sleeping after a big party.
