We had the best time at Natasha's! Such a great location, wonderful amenities, and very clean. She was very quick to respond and included extra goodies and snacks. Parking in the garage was perfect and so was the hot tub. We would definitely stay again. Wish we'd been able to stay more nights!

We loved the look of this home — it’s beautifully designed with great outdoor areas on every level, and the location was super convenient. We always felt safe and could get downtown in about 15–20 minutes.That said, temperature control was a big issue during our winter stay. The heat kept resetting, and since it’s a three-level townhome, the bedrooms upstairs got extremely hot. We also couldn’t get the remote-controlled blinds to work, the handrails did not cover the entire staircase, and no grip in the shower. The property also doesn’t have a real backyard for dogs.Overall, it’s a cute place in a great spot, but we’d only stay again in warmer months. With better thermostat access and a few small fixes, it would easily be a higher-rated stay.

Ease of access and lots of room nice towels and comfy beds, though the grout in both showers is desperately in need of replacing due to mold staining. For 1300 dollars for 2.5 days I would expect that to be clean.Host was very responsive and said they would address this issue in the future and asked if I needed anything else during my stay. Hot tub was clean and hot but then kept throwing error codes and beeping so we had to keep unplugging it and it lost temperature however backyard was quaint and we had fun still. Overall really fun and redeemed by the porches, great seating and rooftop patio with 360 view of downtown Chicago!

We absolutely loved the house! It was close to everything we wanted to do and so nice to come back for relaxation on the roof deck and the hot tub. The goodies at check in were appreciated after a long flight. The coffee bar was a great start to every morning, especially having coffee on the roof deck. The host was flexible and great at communicating with us and promptly replied to our inquiries. I would highly recommend this house for your friends and family getaway to Chicago!

Absolutely beautiful place, and a GREAT location! We had easy access to Loyola and University of Chicago as well as downtown and lakefront. Plenty of outstanding food selections within a short walk. We had a fabulous time. The home was exactly as shown in the posting and it was clean and well stocked with towels, and bedding for our family. The location was great--nice restaurants within walking distance and it was an easy drive to all the places we wanted to visit. Natasha was quick to respond to all of our inquiries. St. Patrick’s Day stay

We had a wonderful time in Chicago over the weekend and this home was exactly what we needed. Communication with Natasha was fantastic and she answered any questions promptly. There is plenty of room and the location is perfect. We drove or took the train into the city every day. The rooftop deck was great and the view amazing. We only wish it would have been a little warmer so we could have enjoyed it more.

My family and I had a wonderful weekend in Chicago, all thanks to your beautiful home. We comfortably slept four people and enjoyed the ample space. The house is filled with stunning natural light during the day, thanks to the full windows on the second floor and a skylight in the stairwell leading to the third floor. One of the features we loved the most was the parking and the use of the garage. The kitchen was easy to navigate, and we appreciated the selection of coffee available.
