The room reeked of stale cigarettes. People were yelling outside my window at 3 am, staff was powerless to stop them. Sheets were rough and scratchy. Avoid this place

The proximity to midway airport was fantastic and the fact that they had onsite parking was very convenient. The room was very dingy, the carpeting was torn up and the sheets and towels were like sandpaper.

It was pretty clean and located close to the airport. We got there pretty late and left early in the morning. It was good enough for that but if I had to spend more time there, I would not choose this hotel.

Not up to Best Western expectations

Pros: Very quite at all times.
Cons: The breakfast.
Location: Being on the main drag.....Cicero Ave. there were many eating places. Easy to get to the airport (Midway).
Overall I would at best give this hotel an 80%. Coffee cups were never replaced during my stay. Only had 2 very small bars of soap & it was the 3rd day before I got a new supply. Would only used again as a last results. Most of the staff didn't show a pleasant attitude. At the time of checking out over heard other guest complaint about the room they had stayed in.

The hotel had stains on furniture and mattresses.

The bathtub didn't work and pool was green and slimy. The only thing good was the staff was nice.
