Smelly in the hallway outside my room. I witnessed an employee step on a cricket in the breakfast area and keep walking after commenting on the bug. Didn’t even bother to clean it up. Will never stay here again.

By far the worst experience I have had with best Western. I will never return to this location specifically because of how unkind unaccommodating and inconsiderate Management truly is and your money is best spent at the Marriott.

Breakfast was above average because of the variety (including meat and cooked eggs, etc) offered. Breakfast was outstanding! It is a standard basic old hotel that has been nicely remodeled in some ways. A refrigerator and microwave are guaranteed in every room. It is standard and dependable. It was very quiet. The A/C was a little loud but I turned it off in the middle of the night so it was ok. The whole area has lots of stores, restaurants, etc. right nearby.

Requires you to sign No smoking or No burning candles in the room Upon entering the room it smells like someone was doing just that, burning candles Reported the problem to the front desk and they told me they were sold out. Sent a maintenance guy in to the room with spray deodorizer and turned on the AC. Smell was tolerable
