Very run down everywhere in building. Filthy in stairwells and hallway. I had grime on my closet and bathroom doorknobs & hair dryer that I cleaned off myself. The walls around the bathtub were water damaged, cracking, and flaking. Carpet was not clean or vacuumed well. Doors slamming, noises in hall, and trucks backing beeper daily at 6am. Blackout curtain didn't close all the way. No fruit or non-dairy milk at breakfast.

My room was not ready upon arrival for at least half an hour. I was trying to be nice and kinda make the bed and find 1 bed bug moving around on the sheets. Kept it silent from the wife and kid.

This property was the grossest hotel stay I’ve ever had. Immediately when I entered the room there was small beetles and big bugs on the bed, in the tub, on the walls, the mirror was dirty and it was overall disgusting.

Breakfast was delicious. My kids had fun in the pool. Every hotel employee we encountered was friendly and all of them asked my kids if we were having fun.

Loved this hotel! The room was super comfortable and clean, the staff was super kind and helpful, and the breakfast was easily the best stocked, abundant hotel breakfast I've ever experienced! I might recommend that they not put families with babies in the room right by the elevator as our son was woken up multiple times at night by people having loud conversations by the elevator, but other than that, this hotel provided a wonderfully comfortable and relaxing night for my family after some long days of travel.
