The room was not kept up well at all. The sink was not cleaned. Used toilet paper on the back of the toilet. The walls had multiple sanding spots with no paint and one of the walls had a bunch of small triangular shaped stab like punctures in it that looked like a can opener was being stabbed into the wall all over. The Floors were some type of pergo that was visiable dirty and the one working lamp had a shade on it that was so broken and dirty that it needed to be just replaced.. needless to say I didn’t stay in that room . I explained to the front desk that something needed to be done about the room and they told me I would have to talk to room service at 6am ( this was at 8pm at night when I walked into the room for the first time). I told them that was unacceptable and I wanted a refund because I was not staying the night in that room. They told me that they couldn’t do that because it was past their 15 minute check in policy.. apparently me eating dinner first before going to the room after checking in was a bad idea on my behalf . I never would of thought that the room would be in such a disgusting state to warrant an inspection right away. I’ve stayed at many days in, in the past and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had with the brand

What was unique…how disrespectful the lady was at the front desk. She negatively engages with a customer prior and lacks the skill to change her tone, facial expressions and attitude when about to deal with me. The building is despicable & has numerous code violations. This place is bad for branding & the partnership with Travelocity. I would never attempt to stay at Days/Quality in area. Nor my 3 sons.

Unvelibable that Wyndham has this place on their chain. Is dirty, tobacco smell all over totally unpleasant. Did check in and check out in a flash.

The property amd the room was so dirty. He gave me a key to go and look and see if i like the room or not and the elevetor, the hall way, the room all look like Frankenstein lives their. There was trash on the floors in the hall way and the elevator. I returned the key and told them i wouldn't take it. I have never seen a hotel that terrible. I booked a second hotel the, the extended stay America only to get there and be told they dont have room. Im not sure where Travelocity booked a room for me and had to drive there knowing well they dont have room. I had to book another hotel hytt regency Liles. I was give a key they didn't work and had to stay in line for about 30 minutes before i was given another room. Last night was a terrible experience

The hotel was dirty, the floorboards were coming up, the base boards were falling off, the toilets had weak plumbing. The fire alarm went off 2-3 times while we were there because of either the smoking rooms or the steam from the showers. They never once cleaned our room and not even 20 minutes after we got there they gave somebody else the same room as us so they walked in. Definitely do not recommend it.
