This hotel was great! There were a lot of mixed reviews, so I was nervous. The staff were very helpful and the room was clean and spacious. This was also a great central location. Would definitely recommend!

Kind Service

Room was simple with minimal amenities, which is what I wanted. Makes me want to spend more time in the city exploring, which we did. Service was so polite and accommodating, shout out to the bearded maintenance man that helped me with my room door and the woman who filled my tumbler cup with ice. If you're looking for a cheap room to get you into the center of the city within walking distance of all the fun attractions, this will do you and your wallet some good.

Really great place! The had check bag so it was great being able to leave our bags before our check in at 3. And they texted me my room was ready early as well! Cool place to stay and safe!

Great value for the location. The lobby feels upscale and high-end, creating a strong first impression. The rooms, however, are small and fairly basic. That said, the shower and provided toiletries were excellent and a nice touch. The keypad entry system for the building was a bit confusing and not the most user-friendly. Still, the unbeatable price for such a central location makes this hotel a solid choice for budget-conscious travelers.

My teenage son and I had a wonderful stay at Found Chicago. Super kind and welcoming staff - shout out to Courtney and Brian. We loved the location and the clean, quiet room - super comfy bedding was much appreciated. The downstairs kitchen was awesome for storing yummy leftovers from Chicago’s incredible restaurants - also very well kept and clean. The modern design was also a bonus. We will definitely stay again on our next trip to Chicago!

El hotel está en una zona muy conveniente, tiene muchos restaurantes y tiendas cerca y también varias líneas del metro a distancia muy conveniente. También el staff fue muy amable con un check in y check out muy eficiente. Sin embargo, la habitación es pobre, la iluminación no es buena, no hay amenidades en el cuarto ni tampoco lugares para poner las pertenencias del huésped, sentí que la habitación en sí dejaba mucho que desear.
