The hotel is okay for a short stay. We reserved a King bed room and were told all they had was a double bed room. There was also an alarm going off/on outside our room throughout the night. The neighborhood was walkable to good restaurants and also close to Midway airport.

The customer service and breakfast bar were excellent. The room itself was not. We had very little sleep due to hearing everything with the neighboring guests. The bathroom had dead gnats on the ceiling, mold around the toilet. We did receive clean linen daily.
