Great hotel with helpful shuttle and front desk

Good hotel. The room and bathroom were spacious with high quality bed and coverings and abundant bath/shower products of the best kind. I wished the AC had worked better. Perhaps the calibration was off but it seemed the coldest temperature it could muster was 70 degrees F. I would have preferred it colder during sleep hours.

The property was impeccably clean and lovely. Easy and free to park in a deck immediately adjacent. Room was beautiful, clean, and quiet. I enjoyed the coffee shop, restaurant, lounge, as well as room service - all food and beverages were tasty and service provided went above and beyond. Kudos to Jeff at the bar/lounge for great drinks and exceptional service!

Hotel Arista is exceptional in comfort, location, dining, and cleanliness. This area is within reasonable distance of local attractions without interruption of loud movement of the city. The two dining options provided on site has some of the best dishes I've ever enjoyed. The staff was very attentive and pleasant. This will be our planned stay for visiting the area in the future.

The property and staff were amazing. What I didn’t not like my husband and I the bed.. the bed is very very uncomfortable to the point we got sick. I had a migraine back and neck aches my husband lower back was hurting. If they change the mattress this will be one of the best hotels I ever stayed at. People go to the hotel for the sleep experience and this was a 1 out of 10

New and clean but seemed to miss mark in little things. Doubled handle sink in bathroom just a pain to get right temp. Felt like the 1980s. No full length mirror to get for hitting town. Great footprint and will constructed.

During check out we were given an invoice for amenity fees we were not told about, when asked we were told it was for wifi services, the gym services. We did not use the gym while we visited the Arista.
