Lobby was beautiful, proximity to the hospital great. Room was dirty: sticky rings from drinks in the nightstand, garbage in the can, used straw on the couch, and what looked like chunks of snot on the mirror by the door. When staff was notified, their only response was to offer us a free soda from the market instead of a clean room (or cleaning the room).

The room was very clean and the staff was courteous. The breakfast was OK scrambled eggs and sausage were good. The pancakes were overcooked and a little bit hard to cut. there was a good selection of fruit.
