I arrived at the hotel only to be told they overbooked and “dumped” all those who booked through sites like Travelocity. Also, despite the ad saying they have 24 hour shuttle, they do not. So I now have a hotel charge on my credit card and two Uber charges to get to the hotel and then back to the airport. I spent the night trying to sleep sitting in the uncomfortable waiting area of the airport. Very disappointed! Please call me.

The Hyatt place is a great hotel. It fits our needs each time we fly into Chicago. It is close to the airport, close to where we pick up our rental car, and close to the CTA train station. It is always clean, the staff is friendly, and breakfast is included.

A bit noisy even when the AC was off there were other motors running so the noise was constant. But for one night it was fine, very close to the airport so it is easy to catch your flight early.

This property is close to the airport and that's good. The lobby area is great. They provided hot breakfast. The AC can be a little noisy. The parking was limited and I had to park in the gravel area. All in all, it's good value. Good for a 3.5 star hotel.

I tried to contact the hotel for a shuttle and no one answered. I could tell they would answer the phone and push it directly to a recording. When we arrived at the hotel there was one person at the desk with a line of around 10 people waiting. Also, the shuttles to airport were full. They need more staff to accommodate the guests

The hotel was nice and clean. The area around the property was not too safe to cross the street or to move about because of the fast traffic and no sidewalks which is disappointing because there are good dining areas across the street. The breakfast in the hotel was okay but should switch it up every other day , give different options. Staff were friendly and overall the hotel is clean. Parking should be free.
