Lobby was beautiful, staff was very nice. Beds and pillows were comfy! We got a bigger king room, and thankful we did, the regular rooms were pretty small. These were basically two rooms together. The only issue was our rooms weren’t ready for us to check in until 5pm which was very inconvenient because we had somewhere to be. Otherwise, hotel was nice, great location, definitely would go back!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Convenient to activities, restaurant, and shopping. Rooms are small but my stay was good. I would recommend this hotel as an option if you’re staying in the Loop.
