Needs Cleaning

I’ll start by saying the front desk staff were very nice and helpful, and the restaurant staff were also excellent. Where things went wrong was the cleanliness of the building. My room felt damp and moldy, and the hallways could use a thorough cleaning there was a noticeable moldy smell in the air. The bed sheets were uncomfortable. It seems the property targets business travelers online but doesn’t present itself well in person. Security, or the lack thereof, appeared to be staffed by a few young kids who lingered in the lobby, talked about their night out, or were distracted by their phones and not always paying attention. I’m not sure I’ll book here again.

Staff were excellent, I needed to mail some parcels for a business event which they held for over a week (arrived earlier than expected!) breakfast was also excellent. Rooms were noisy, not from outside but from the other rooms. Walls must be thin and could hear conversation and the TV from both sides.

Old hotel with rather cramped rooms. Great location Decent amenities, but not great. Desk staff not very welcoming. Despite the drawing, I would stay there again.
