Lovely stay....

The bed was quite comfortable. The pillows are a bit too thick but other than that I loved the slumber portion of my stay. I did also like the food. The staff were very nice, polite and courteous.

Upon arrival we parked around the block and had to pay over $50 for parking. The woman at the front desk was very rude and unkind. She seemed like she didn’t want to be there and when I asked her a question, though professional, her tone was very irritable. The room was tiny and it was supposed to be smoke free and it was definitely not! After a whole day of traveling, it is NOT the place I would ever choose again to lay my head. For being a “luxury” hotel, it was definitely terrible.

The rooms were pretty small as well as the bathroom. They offer you a discount at the restaurant which happens to be closed on the weekends. That wasn’t very convenient and we weren’t able to use our discounts.

Would NOT recommend. My wife and I came here to celebrate our 5th anniversary and this hotel ruined our trip. - Saw cockroach in our bed on the first night. - Toilet stopped working on 2 separate nights resulting in us having to use the lobby bathroom. - Staff told us we can use our food credit on Monday. Turns out the restaurant is closed because it’s a holiday.
