The floors were dirty. Dog hair and q-tips on the floor. All the furniture is uncomfortable. It was ok but the kitchen needs cooking sheets and knives. The reason I chose this location was for the ability to cook in stay and it was difficult. Location is uptown. It’s nice and quiet. No parking or expensive parking near buy. Argon ballroom is caddy corner tho. And there’s a washer in unit. Has potential for longer stay but may not be economical.

We were unable to relax in the apartment. It felt like a Dorm room. There is no parking for the stay so we had to park in the road and pay. The best part about the building was roof top. This was a learning lesson, i will be much more informed on my next VRBO stay.

Perfect spot for a Chicago getaway

We had a great stay at this property! The space was clean, comfortable, and the location was perfect for the things we wanted to do. You're a quick walk to the red line train, which we utilized several times for exploring the city. Wrigley Field is also walkable if you are up for it! It's a great way to check out the surrounding neighborhoods. Highly recommend having breakfast at least once at Golden House Restaurant & Pancake House - we went twice because of it's convenience and quality. Will definitely be returning!

Great little place

Loved the location and atmosphere of this place. Cute one bedroom with all the necessary amenities. Just know that there is not a door to the bedroom - hard for an early riser and a late sleeper!
