It was one of the better hotels that I have stayed at in Chicago over the last 40 years. It was clean, well decorated, great scenery and they had ample space for luggage and hygiene supplies. There was a good amount of space for 3 people.

Beautiful View, helpful staff, clean and safe area of city. Right in the Lake! Downtown is a 30 minute walk but lots of cabs/lifts available at Navy Pier.

The place was great! Excellent evening views from the rooms situated right on Navy pier! Walked out the doors of the hotel to the entire boardwalk! Great staff, great food! Will definitely stay there again!

It felt very safe and was very clean. The stuff was all ver nice and helpful. The area was nice to walk on the pier but if wanting to do anything downtown it required a lot of uber using.
