It felt very safe and was very clean. The stuff was all ver nice and helpful. The area was nice to walk on the pier but if wanting to do anything downtown it required a lot of uber using.

Everything was wonderful. The lil shopping and big variety of the food was so close. You didn’t have to go off the Pierre to do anything really unless you wanted to do some big shopping the view of the hotel was magnificent as the Chicago and I will come back here as many times as I can such a great stay

It is somewhat noisy in the room due to the harbor as expected but the hallways were very loud as well and there did not seem to be any soundproofing from that noise. It also was unsettling to check in through a grungy parking garage area when expecting to walk into a nice lobby. That would have been nice to know about especially since there was a mystery liquid on the ground that stained my shoes. I didn’t even see it until later. It was darker and just not what I was expecting. Also, when I asked where my husband should park I was only given valet option and no one would tell me anything else. It was a very weird check in process but everyone was very nice. The room was a tad smaller than expected but it was worth it for the view. The couch was very uncomfortable and not easy to sit on without it swallowing you up.
