Checking into the place was very noisy. Did not get a chance to hear all the amenities and benefits. There were no information in the room regarding amenities/benefits/where to eat/room service, etc. My room was on the 6th floor and it was very noisy up there. We got very little rest because of the other occupants’ noise. The place was clean and the view was very nice.

Front desk was very nice and the young lady in the coffee shop too . The only inconvenience was the elevator trying to go up and get stuck there like 10 minutes trying to make it work, have to come out from the elevator and go to the next one so that we can go to our room. Stephanie, the hostess and Clarissa, the manager of the restaurant were not nice my husband and I when there for dinner they let us in sat us and we waited 10 minutes to see is anyone will there about order or if we need something. Nobody did until I asked Stephanie if we can order to go . Wild waiting a caucasian

Mother’s Day girls trip at the Sable Hotel

This hotel was amazing on the pier and I had the view of the lake Navy pier and the city skyline at night was absolutely amazing! I wanted to take the time to tell you that the experience from the door entering the Sable Hotel,Customer Service and the rooms, the restaurants everything was Fantastic! A special shoutout to Dan and Natailei for their great hospitality/customer service! Sable is a 10 out of 10!
