The room was clean and nice and I just told my husband I loved the breakfast options and another top notch thing was that they had a wonderful set up for Navy sailor families to watch the graduation ceremony in a private room. Loved every part of my stay. Staff was very hospitable and friendly. Every interaction with staff was always so positive. Rooms are so clean, and kitchen was amazing. The surroundings are beautiful, great for a morning stroll. Breakfast was amazing too. Just HIGHLY recommend.

Poor cleanliness and liars!

The room smelled of smoke because the person sleeping in the room below mine was smoking and the smell came through our vent and filled my room. When brought up to the hotel, they did nothing. The smell woke me up at 4 am and I had to switch rooms to a smaller room. The hotel did not compensate me in any way. In fact, they assured me that if I went through the proper channels, that I would be assured a refund. They LIED!!

The living room couch was really old and uncomfortable. I envisioned us all hanging out there, but it never happened because the sofa was so uncomfortable. Also, the pancake maker broke on the 2nd day we were there and they never substituted with anything else. In fact, the choices seemed to get slimmer as our stay continued.

Our overall stay was comfortable and enjoyable, but we did have to deal with a dog or two barking throughout the night. The beds were comfy, entire suite was clean, and the check-in/out process was simple. The breakfast was great with mamy options, and staff replenished items often.

We stayed here for my child’s bootcamp graduation. Overall our stay was good. It was pretty quiet until one of the families who was staying a room or two down from ours started arguing really really loud that we thought cops would be called but I guess they sorted it out coz it stopped. I can’t rate it great coz for 4 days 3 nights of stay there, there were no housekeeping. I’m not sure if that’s a thing with suites. If they don’t really provide that kind of service until you leave or requested for it, but we had to ask the front desk for new rolls of toilet papers & fresh towels. The staff were nice though. Also, our trash was never picked up. I’ve always stayed in hotels and was used to housekeeping everyday maybe that’s not the case here. But for it to be a full suite with kitchen, you have to take your trash outside the property and refill your trash bags as well. We used plastic bags from stores, no biggie. But the complementary breakfast was wonderful. I loved their food options.
