Everything during our stay was perfect. The hotel was so clean and the staff was the nicest. The breakfast was so good and the lady who was responsible for serving the breakfast, Enriqueta, was so nice and friendly. We will definitely consider staying at this hotel in future visits to Chicago.

Great place to stay in Lombard. Surestay is very quiet and peaceful with excellent customer service. Check in and check out were quick and easy. I went there with my partner for 4 days. Ernesto and Patrick have excellent customer service skills and made our stay even more enjoyable. They were nice,friendly, helpful and funny. I really enjoyed talking to them.The only complaint I have is the eggs for breakfast they were not that good but it still didn't take away from everything else. I will definitely return.
