They do contactless checkin and customer service so it was a little odd to call a helpline for assistance with our room when our bathroom had a leak but they were very quick to send someone over to look and they let us move rooms which was very nice of them. Upon entering the baseball motif was amazing. The room was exactly as shown in the pictures and was even more impressive by how quiet and how close everything was to the location. Only draw back was no parking on the property. Extra expense to park in the parking garage down the street. Hotel staff was amazing and the property was very secure and clean.
