Modern 3BR Home with Own Private Pool - Centrally Located - Quiet Neighborhood

This home is conveniently located in the district of Colebay and is part of the recently completed Rose Diamond development project. The neighborhood is close to everything but away from all the noise and bustling of the Colebay district which makes it an ideal vacation spot.

The unit has two floors; 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The living room, dining area, kitchen and half bath occupy the ground floor and the three bedrooms including bathrooms are situated on the second floor.

The ground floor boasts an open floor concept which makes the space feels nice and spacious. With a kitchen equipped with all the essentials for preparing meals and a dining room table that seats up to 8 persons, you and your travel party will be able to comfortably prepare your meals and dine together with no issues.

Each room has one bed; a king-size bed in the master bedroom and queen-size beds in the other two rooms. The master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, a walk-in closet and a 65-inch Smart TV. It also has a balcony, ideal for having a morning cup of tea or coffee in the island breeze. Both guest rooms have desks with a chair for those who still need to squeeze in some work before play.

The home has its own private pool in the backyard. Swim, lounge and relax freely and comfortably since the pool area is fenced and tucked away behind the home. There’s also an outdoor shower for rinsing off after your time in the pool.

We had a good one night stay. It’s a nice, very clean gated unit with 4 separate units on the property and host stays in 1 as well. Spacious bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen is equipped with everything and good sized pool.

Amazing stay!

We booked this place at the end of our 8-day trip for the last 2 nights. After being at Dawn Beach it was nice being so close to everything. Especially Bamboo House. The views, food, and service was 10/10 there so definitely go there for dinner if you stay here. The check in process was very quick and easy as we were greeted by the host when we pulled in. She checked in with us occasionally but her help wasn’t needed as everything was prepared for us. Overall it was great, the only small complaint I had was the living room furniture being uncomfortable, but we didn’t spend a whole lot of time inside. So not really a huge deal to us. Other than that everything was amazing, still 5/5 stars :)

Great time in Cole Bay

There was plenty of room for 7 people and the property was spotless. Internet and large tv entertained the kids. Kitchen well stocked and nice pool. A/c efficient in all spaces. Very convenient to grocery stores and Marigot and Phillipsburg. Appreciated the host's greeting us and great information. Would recommend to all.

Super séjour

Le logement est encore mieux que sur les photos, le séjour est plus grand que sur les photos. Sabrina est une hôte très à l'écoute et hyper disponible. Le seul bémol ce sont les coupures de courant dû au fait que la zone soit en construction mais le logement possède son propre groupe électrogène qui prend le relais dès qu'il y a une coupure. Je recommande ce logement à 100%.
