Enjoy serene morning sunrises and evening sunsets right from the deck over looking the water. Our waterfront townhome features 3 bedrooms plus a den, sleeps up to 8, has 2.5 baths with garage to store your toys. Primary bedroom (King), Bedroom 2 (Queen), Bedroom 3 (2 twin trundle), ground floor den (queen). 2 full bathrooms upstairs, one in with primary suite. Additional 2 piece bathroom on the ground floor next to the den.

Our home is bathed in natural light and the walls are home to our personal art collection. The fully stocked kitchen includes a selection of common spices and condiments. The dining room seats 6 with additional seating for up to 8. Kitchen nook seats 2. The beautiful sunken living room features a wood burning fireplace and soaring high ceilings. Spacious back deck has a Weber gas grill and dinning seating for 8. The front deck features lake views and dinning seating for 4. A single car garage has storage space for water toys and bikes. Other amenities include; dishwasher, washer/dryer, hairdryers, linens, towels, toilet paper, paper towel, basic soaps, and much more.

The main living room and primary bedroom include 50" flat screen TVs w/ Apple TV, while bedroom 3 and the ground floor den includes 32" flat screen TVs w/Apple TV. 500 MB/s WiFi service delivered through Bell fiber optic internet ensures plenty of speed for all your family’s devices.

Outdoor activities are right at your doorstep with 460 feet of private shoreline with beach and boat launch. The small Dockside Community also includes a heated outdoor pool and 2 tennis courts. We also provide a stand up paddle board and junior sit-on-top kayak, tennis rackets and balls for your enjoyment.

Centrally located, and just minutes away from Blue Mountain Village, Scandinave Spa, downtown Collingwood and numerous nature trails and parks. Fall in love with our waterfront retreat.

Discount is available for renting both July and August.
