This property was not safe for an individual. The peep hole in the hotel room was broken and had a tissue sticking out of the hole. Worst hotel ever! Do not get a hotel here.

Its a nice place, there was hair in restroom floor and i killed a cockroach. When they replenished coffee, they didn't leave any sugar, so couldn't drink it

The facility itself was decent. It was well kept, updated and fairly clean. The neighbors were up all night being loud, the faculty had their whole family in the entry ways most of the time running around being loud and obnoxious

When I went to take a shower and got in, I noticed hair still all over the shower walls. I also only got two shampoos and no conditioner and I didn’t bring any conditioner from home so that was inconvenient. Every single lightbulb was florescent white light instead of warm yellow light which made it cold and not warm and inviting. Other than that everything was fine and good.

They kicked us out of our Room from a king size bed and moved us to a 2 queen size bed. The guys at the desk said the owner was coming to stay in that room and he was drunk. Don’t recommended this hotel at all smh …. Never again…

Very Pleasant

When checking in we were greeted with a very pleasant staff. Our room wasn’t ready yet, but they found a room for us that was accessible, which was great. I would stay again and would like to thank Nishu and Asith for all of their support and great customer service.

Staff was absolutely amazing, trying to assist me!

Only frustration I had was the microwave didn't work..... "noisy upstairs room above me, stomping around." I had asked for a quiet room, not a room near other guests...& It appeared there weren't many guests on a Thu night. Although hotel was clean, & supposed to be "newly renovated..." I wasn't impressed with a "nonworking" microwave in a room I already felt should have had "some sense of discount," for "nonworking microwave"/noisy room above. So "I wasn't impressed," with the price for the room given. Again, the "night staff was amazing, courteous, & tried to help in any way!"
