Guests will have access to wireless internet and 2 living rooms, a breakfast table that can accommodate four, fully loaded kitchen (oven, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, drying & washing machine and kettle) and a bathroom with a bathtub.

This is a no-smoking property. There is a $1,200 fee for smoking in the property.



We have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for parties and disruptive gatherings. There is a $1,000 fee assessed for these type of gatherings.

An exterior security camera is positioned at the front corner of the property, monitoring only the street, entryway and driveway to ensure a safe environment for all guests.

The people, the culture, the food--- the Heights neighborhood is a 6-minute car ride a way, and the stay in this updated guesthouse is very relaxing. There are several restaurants within a 1-2 mile radius as well as corner stores and gas stations within a few blocks.



Getting around

Houston is a car city! However the METRORail station is a 2 minute walk from our home. Easily accessible by Uber and other car hailing services.
