Comfortable and convenient. Has everything you need right within the facility. Staff were kind, helpful and efficient. The one issue was a seeming lack of hot water. I was in a hurry so didn't complain or inform the staff until I checked out.

All areas was very clean.. Biggest problem we had was only 1 person working front desk, and took forever to check in.. Elevators also needed some repair, they move very slow..

Overall, I had a good stay at the Hilton Houston North. The hotel itself is spacious, clean, and well-located. The room was comfortable, and the common areas were well-maintained, which made for a pleasant atmosphere. That said, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. The staff service was just okay — a bit more attentiveness and friendliness would really elevate the guest experience. Additionally, there was an issue with the hot water in the room; I had to run the water for about five minutes before it would heat up, which was a bit inconvenient. In summary: a solid stay with good facilities, but with some small improvements in service and maintenance, this could easily be a great hotel experience.

We went there for a wedding so we pretty much stayed within the property. This hotel is very close to the airport and provides a shuttle service. The only drawback that I noticed is regarding lighting inside the rooms. The lighting was not conducive to getting ready and putting on makeup in the room. Other than that everything else was good. The complimentary breakfast is really good.
