I attempted to call the hotel from the airport for over an hour and a half. Their message said to sele t 3 to talk to front desk. I only got a message that the person at this extension is unavailable. I finally hit 0000 and got the front desk. By then it was too late to order a shuttle. I let the girl know thos and she said well i was the first call they recieved that day. I ended up spending about $15 for an uber. This is extremely upsetting when it ahould nt have happened.

While the room was clean and the pool area looked great outside, unfortunately the staff checking us in that night were not up to paar. It took 4 times to make keys and 1 room change to get into our room. Keys didn't work, front desk guy didn't tell us anything about the property pool location, breakfast times or location, had no info on late check out. And it took him 4 times to get the keys right. The lady he had helping us was in her pajama bottoms, no uniform. There was a person sleeping in the lounge area. I asked if this was a homeless person and whether the neighborhood was safe. She said it was OK. Turns out later that the person was someone she knew perhaps even an older child of hers. This situation was very unprofessional. The corporate office should really look into who they are employing and give them more training. I felt like I was being checked in by two young adults that didn't work there, but were perhaps watching over a shift for a real employee.

Clean- but would not recommend

The room itself was clean and comfortable. The person at the front desk was very nice. However, the following far out weighed the good. I could not enter my room without assistance because lock on door was not working. So every time I wanted to leave my room, I had to wait for front desk to accompany me back to my room to let me in. Also, if you enjoy being awoken and frightened all night long by people knocking loudly on your door and then running away, only to do it again in a few minutes, this is the place for you.

The room attendants were very pleasant. Alex has very helpful great customer service skills. Diana next shift desk attendant customer service skills very unpleasant attitude. My family had to change rooms twice air condition was leaking and the other room no soap and the TV was not working. Overall a 2.0 rating.

Insects and ants all over the room. Building outdated, bathroom molding, chipped paint on walls and air conditioner unit. Same breakfast every morning, no taste. Room not cleaned daily. 90% staff, none English speaking, but you can tell they try their best

Airport Shuttle advertised NOT 24 hrs

Everything was great except advertised airport shuttle which I assumed meant 24 hr. However, it was only from 4:00 until 12:00a. My plane was at 5:00a - had to change car reservation to have ride to airport. Post hours of shuttle online. If I had known - I would have not stayed at this property.
