I dint like the property i had a room with no hut water, the curtins ware bed sheets, the customer service was horrible, the front desk is rude... they argue with the customers here. Wow i didnt know that was possible.. also the doors dont lock so be on the look out all night long.
The only good think here and people was housekeeping. Mrs Ramos was accommodating.

This place is disgusting. Hallways are stained and dirty they look like they haven’t been cleaned since the building was built. It was a horrible fish smell in the hallways that they tried to cover up with perfume. The elevators were dirty and the walls & buttons look like something is spilled on them. Our room was decently cleaned but the beds had hair on them and the tub was dirty. We tried to get our money back but the rude desk staff said we couldn’t. I wish I could upload photos.

We couldn’t watch TV. They said they were going to bring us a new remote but they never did. Didn’t have anything to do for our stay. They could of switched us rooms but they didn’t
