Timber Creek 205 is a 1200 sq/ft., ski-in/walk-out 2 bedroom + loft, 2 bathroom unit that sleeps 8 people! The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed, second bedroom has a queen bed and a set of bunk beds & the loft has a captains bunk + trundle bed. Downstairs is a spacious living area w/ free wireless internet, flat screen TV, gas fireplace and a fully stocked kitchen. Situated right on the condo access ski run, this residence is located in the Center Village of Copper Mountain and a short 3 minute walk to the ski lifts, restaurants and shops. A great option for larger groups or families looking for an affordable option right on the slopes. | Summit County Colorado Short Term Rental Permit #BCA-88237 | One parking space per condo available on-site. Great location

Overall really good! Great location to ski in & out. Condo is dated, tiny bathrooms but cozy. There is NO washer and dryer as listed! There is a community laundry on the first floor
.bring quarters! (Really wish I would have known that). There is also one tiny lock on the front door, that made me a little nervous. I don’t think theft is a problem at CM but I still wish there had been a better lock. There is great storage for ski gear!

Exactly as Advertised!

The property was clean and exactly what we needed for a weekend ski trip with friends. A short walk was needed to get to the lifts, but it was manageable. Would stay here again!

Great location, appliances, and amenities (hot tub + sauna). 5 min to American Eagle lift and ability to ski right to the back door of condo. Clean and cozy apartment. Recommend staying here with a large group.

Great ski in and ski out

Great location to ski in and out for intermediate to advanced skiers. In between Center and East Village. Short walk to Center Village to eat and shop. Great view of the mountain and hot tub. Nice amenities; humidifiers, ski locker nice entry way to store boots, coats, and helmets. Easy check in and out process.

An honest condo

An older building and an older unit for sure, but it doesn't try to be something it's not. This is your classic ski condo near the slopes where you pile in a bunch of people, ski all day, then hang out at night. Plenty of sleeping options - the condo has two bedrooms plus a loft. Bedroom #1 is a standard queen, but upstairs, you have bedroom #2 with a queen plus a bunk bed, then you also have the loft which has another bunk bed and a rollaway bed available. You could have up to six people sleeping upstairs, the only downside would be that there's only one bathroom up there. Furnishings were a bit dated and the dining table is shoehorned into an odd place, but again, is that really a problem? The condo is on the 2nd floor so expect to walk up some steps. The hot tub needs an overhaul. Covered parking <> garage, it's a carport which makes for tricky parking if you have a big vehicle. Center Village is a short walk away. Location is excellent. It's far easier to ski in than it is to ski out. To ski out, you need to take your skis up a short distance to a wide path then pole a short distance to the Pitchfork lift. From there, you take the lift up and cut over to the Super Bee and you're off. To ski in, simply follow the Condo Access sign on Skid Road or follow the other Condo Access sign right before Skid Road - either one works just fine and dumps you right outside the condo. However, this does mean that if someone in your group can't do a Blue run (Blue/Black being the only runs serviced by the Super Bee) that might create a problem, but that's not the condo's problem, it is what it is. If you can only do Greens, you'll have to walk a bit the other way on that path to where you can ski down and catch the American Eagle. And if you have someone going to Ski School, you'll probably want to drop them off vs. walk to the shuttle stop. Is it the Taj Mahal? Not a chance. Does it fit the bill for a large-ish group? Absolutely. We had five people and it was fine. We'd definitely rent again if we came to Copper with more than four people.

Can't beat the ski in, ski out!

This unit is a terrific place for a family ski holiday. We all loved the ease of getting on the mountain and being able to come back for lunch and breaks. The unit is nicely renovated and was spotless at check in. We especially enjoyed the fireplace and having a ski locker available. Copper Vacations was easy to work with and the communication was prompt and helpful. We wouldn't hesitate to rent this unit again.

Great condo. 2 bedrooms with extra beds in the loft area. 2 full baths. Roomy, everything worked. A little hard to find after dark initially and up a significant staircase. Nice place! Would stay again!

Good location
 Two in our group had never skied . So this was great location for beginners. Green acres is right outside your door. American Eagle an Flyer are within walking distance. We enjoyed the hot tub and the sauna. Condo is on second floor
 which was like going up 4 flights of stairs. Which was exhausting going up and down. Our group is a very fit group. There is no elevator just FYI.

Great condo

Very nice condo and check in process was easy. Only draw back was the noise. Location was right next to the stairs and late night and early morning noise of people running up and down the metal stairs. Other than that, great stay!!

Location was Great

I have not been to Copper Mountain in years. I nreally enjoyed the location of the condo unit. It was close to Center Village and walking distance to the lifts. The only thing that I would like to see in these units is more necessities in the kitchen, for example, coffee, coffee filters, some condiments, etc... I am assuming the cleaning crew take those things home and do not leave those type items for those next in the unit. The unit was clean and comfortable. Overall, we had a great week.

Great stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Loved the proximity to restaurants, etc. sleeping arrangements were good as well. My only comments would be outdoor area needed some cleaning/wipe down. There was a broken chair at table. Some odd smell (think cleaning supplies used?) But otherwise my family had a great time and we would definitely rent again!
