Bring your boat to Aqua Casita on the Canal. 19' boat slip

Ground floor condo. Bring your boat (19' slip) or fish from your private dock right outside your living room. Or just sun bathe or hang out by the pool.
The seashore is less than 3 minutes away. You have a full working kitchen with bar stools at the granite kitchen counter or a large kitchen table overlooking the canal. Kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook. Plates, pots, pans, silverware, bowls etc. Some spices and olive oil are provided. I also provide foil, saran wrap and baggies. Or there are plenty of restaurants (Boathouse Grill next door) just a few blocks away for a no cooking getaway. Master bedroom has a comfortable queen mattress, new dresser, large closet and nice big chair for the reading nook. The living room has a queen pull out sofa for 2 more guests and a brand new 55" TV. Towels and linens provided. Golf cart rental right around the corner.
Tub/shower combo in the bathroom with granite counter including soap and shampoo. Come try us out. You may never want to leave.
Free annual beach parking pass with reservations of 7 days or longer.

I have been coming to Padre Island every year for the past several years and this has been my favorite place to stay by far! From the moment I walked in the door I knew I was right where I was supposed to be. The energy in this place can’t be beat! It was clean and had everything I needed and the bed and couches were comfortable. The view of the sunset over the canal was my favorite thing about this place. To say it is beautiful is an understatement! Also, you will not find a better host! She was very kind and helpful and answered any questions I had. I just love everything about this place and I will definitely be back!

This was our second time staying here. We love the location to Whitecap Beach and the sunset view over the water behind our condo. Property was clean and well maintained. Communication from the property manager (Cindy) was prompt and helpful. Would stay here again.

Favorite Place

Third stay here & continues to be in my top 5 places to stay in Texas. Close to a nice beach for walking, always clean & comfortable, and on the 1st floor so easy to move in & out with all my stuff for a week or longer stay. Great communication with management. I found the bed comfortable, and love a soak in the good size tub while I’m there. Look forward to my next visit!

What a wonderful stay we had at this condo! Great mornings spent on the back patio watching the fish and birds (and dolphins!) in the canal. Beach right across the street with easy access. Nice 1 B/R, 1 bath condo walking distance to the beach. Pull out couch in living room. Pool and patio just outside doors. Well stocked kitchen to eat in or plenty of dining locations within 10 miles. Only issue in 10 day stay was resolved quickly (air conditioning died). Great communication and you can't beat the morning walks out to the jetty and along the beach!!!

Great Location

Wonderful location, beautifully decorated, couch & bed very comfortable! Nice patio to have coffee or drinks overlooking the water. So nice to be able to walk to the beach & boardwalk as well. Kitchen fully stocked for all you cooking needs, and the Corelle plates & bowls were great as I have tendinitis & most condos have the heavy stoneware. Even foil & plastic wrap was provided, as well as a small assortment of condiments. Only two wire hangers, but large closet to hang up your clothes, but for $5 bought hangers for me & next guest. Cindy was very quick to respond to all my question and concerns & helped make this a wonderful stay. Couple of things could be improved There were two extra pillows but only one pillowcase. Also the lights outside the bedroom are very bright & blackout curtains would have been nice. But I did finally get to use the light blocking sleep mask I bought after a stay at another too lit up condo. Looking forward to staying here again!

Book this one!!

Do NOT scroll past this property because you think it’s a new listing!! Trust me - book it!! It’s clear from the door that the owners have other properties!! From easy check-in and great communication with host - every detail was put together to give you the perfect beach vacation!! While the most important detail is that it’s clean - and this one was spotless - we loved our stay here because of all the other reasons!! It’s perfect for a couple or small family to get away! Decor was beachy and absolutely adorable!! Books on the shelf and good TVs in the living and bedroom. You have everything you need in the kitchen to cook, bake, and make a great cup of coffee! Even some spices and olive oil!! But the location is close to good restaurants, so we chose NOT to cook this trip!! Couch and bed were very comfortable - best nights sleep I’ve had in ages! And a washer and dryer were great amenities to clean suits and towels after a day at the beach! Right out the back sliding doors (which provide a nice view from the living room and kitchen) is your own lagoon - plus a dock/pier for fishing (It’s private for the complex!). Plus a few chairs to sit and enjoy the sunset and the jumping fish!! I loved that it’s in a small complex - about 12 units - and felt very private! The front door is only a few feet from where you park. And the small pool right outside the front door was perfect for a night swim before bed! Icing on the cake! We will be back! Thanks Cynthia!!
