Cozy ATV/snowmobile getaway!

On snowmobile trail, ATV riding with Milk Plant Tavern restaurant bar right next door. Restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Local store with gas up the road. Quiet full apartment with 2 livingrooms with ability to sleep 12. My son lives downstairs and I live across street to meet any of your needs. Very safe community!

Great house to stay at

Perfect size perfect location for us and they told us a little bit about town while we were there tammys house for the win!

Avoid

No check in information. Wood chavings, saw dust and dead flies among many other things. Owner is difficult to communicate with. The home was not clean when we arrived nor could I find a key when we arrived. Getting ahold of the host took many hours. The home is under construction, not in the listing and apparently has a son that roams freely without your knowledge. I would not ever recoupment this property to anyone of you want to be safe and secure.

Close to where we wanted to be!

Close to boonville for the woodmens fest , great restaurant near by within walking distance but not directly across the street as listed. Renovations are being done on the outside of home so it doesn’t look as pictured but overall was a nice place with plenty of room!
