Check in process could have been smoother. Wrong number listed resulting in some legwork to get the front door code, which was supposed to be provided 48hrs prior to check-in. Bed sheets and pillow cases didn’t smell fresh and had a weird smell to them. Towel had foundation makeup all over it. Room overall smelled old and musty. Sofa looked and smelled old. Weird sewage smell on the first floor towards exit to the village area. Staff was nice and accommodating.

The studio was clean but dated. The drains in the kitchen and bathroom drained very slowly. We were on a ground floor studio and once the upstairs neighbours moved in we could hear the thumping of feet very loudly, also we could hear our next door neighbours dog barking within their studio, too.
