I initially did a pre check in before I arrived to get to the desk and get my room key and not have to deal with the hassle. When I arrived I still had to do it. The guy wasn’t very informative, wasn’t sure on the transactions we were doing even though I explained what I wanted to do. He didn’t even know about the pre check in so I had to do it again. Pointless to do a pre check in

Nice staff, room not maintained

Bed was clean, comfortable. But room smells like smoke, the couch is stained and we can’t sit on it. The bathroom has water damage by the showerhead, and what appears to be mold all over the wall near the water damage.

Horrible. When you walk in the smell of smoking is overwhelming. From desk staff we young guys that didn’t care. No sheets on sofa bed went to ask front desk and the guy was too busy on the phone cursing out someone. Ask for bedding and he just handed me a flat sheet. Breakfast was never really available. We tried at 9:30 and just bengals available then we tried at 6:45 and just waffle mix and cuties. The sounds that the pipes make when someone in another room make is just horrific. Horrible never staying here again.

When I travel, I always look for this chain as it's been very good to me; however, this location left me with a bad taste in my mouth. Check-In was swift & went well, upon checking out the room, the jacuzzi tub had 2 broken jets & there was a musty, smoke smell that arrived later in the night. I had purchased (& approved) late check-out, but was awaken by the frt desk AND housekeeping banging on the door, asking if we were leaving. They didn't know I was leaving at 1PM, not 11AM. When checking out at 1, the frt desk man actually had someone check the room like we stole something or left it destroyed & never apologized for the inconvenience or lack of communication. I should have demanded that I not pay for the late check-out, but I didn't want to cause a scene & just, GO HOME. I will never return to this location again & highly recommend that you find another place to *relax*
