Save money and cook at home in the beautiful fully stocked kitchen. Easy access to Red Rocks, Quaint Olde Town Arvada, Downtown Denver, and bike paths/parks.
The space
Welcome to our Charming Colorado Family and Pet-friendly home, we are happy you are here:). Make yourself at home and please don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything or have any questions. We are always here to help make your stay enjoyable and memorable.

As you enter the home you will see an inviting seating area with a large-screen smart TV and warm fireplace to snuggle up to on those cold Colorado nights. Grab the guitar and enjoy playing some music with family and friends. Or enjoy a game of chess or other board games provided for your stay. In the green round table, you will find extra comfy blankets to cover up with or to cover furniture if your furry friends are joining you.

The Dining area boasts a beautiful decorative wooden table with ample seating for up to eight guests.

Through the sliding glass doors, you will find the covered Outdoor patio. Enjoy an outdoor meal prepared on the propane BBQ or relax and enjoy your favorite beverage. Beyond the patio, you will find a beautiful large fully fenced-in yard. Grab the guitar and gather around the fire pit to enjoy some music and stories with family and friends. In the spring the planter boxes come alive with vibrant flowers and in the fall you can enjoy the colorful fall foliage.

Save money and cook at home in the beautifully updated Kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked for you to create meals together. There is dinnerware for 8+ and kid-friendly plates, bowls, and cups if needed. We also have provided a Keurig with pods and complimentary tea. We also have a French press, rice maker, and blender. There is plenty of storage for all your food in the cupboards or the pantry in the kitchen.


At the end of the hall, you will find the peaceful, calming master bedroom with a comfy Posturepedic king bed, lamps with charging ports, an en suite bathroom, luggage racks, and a vintage vanity that could also be used as a workstation. Hang your clothes in the closet to keep them from wrinkling on your trip.

Across from the master is a charming bedroom with a stylish Queen bed. This room also has Luggage racks, a full-length mirror, retro tables with lamps, and USB chargers. Natural light beams through the room during the day. Close the blinds to enjoy a restful sleep at night.

In the blue room, guests will find a bunk bed with a full and twin size bed, a dedicated workspace with a desk that features additional charging ports, and a closet space to hang your clothes if needed.

At the end of the hall there is a closet that has a blow dryer, a first aid kit(hopefully you will not need to use this on your trip) an iron/board, and extra bedding and towels.
The hallway closet has a washer/dryer for you to use on your stay. Washer pods are provided.
If you want to get out and explore all of the wonderful adventures Colorado offers you are centrally located to lots of activities. Olde Town Arvada is just 3 miles away. You can shop, dine, try a new coffee shop and enjoy the many activities Arvada offers for families(kid-friendly events, music in the square, farmers markets, holiday activities), you can also hop on the light rail in Olde Town and in just a few stops your are in Downtown Denver. The Ralston bike path is just a few blocks away from the house. You can take this path all around the Denver metro area and enjoy all the beautiful sites along the river. Take a short drive West to Red Rocks and enjoy the beautiful area for hiking or biking or see a great live shows in the amazing Amphitheatre. A short drive East will bring you into Denver where you can attend great sporting events, explore museums, shop or dine, amusement parks, the Zoo, and so many other great activities. If you are looking to explore the mountain region of the state head West on I70 and within an hour you will be amazed by the Rocky Mountains!
