Requested maintenance adjust set screw on tub spout due to it being loose. Difficulty adjusting water temp. Called front desk. I was told someone would be up in ten minutes. 45 minutes later no one had shown Called again, placed on hold. No response No response No response Finally able to maintain adequate temperature to shower. Poor response from staff.

Could not adjust water temperature due to loose set screw. Called front desk which said "maintenance will be there in 10 minutes." An hour and two more calls to front desk, maintenance had still not arrived. On second call, desk stated, "He's on his way." On third call, we were put on indefinite hold. They wouldn't answer or 4th call.
