Staff was very nice and everything was very clean. I was disappointed in the elevator issues, my room apparently had outlets not working so I had no working fridge, and it took 2 days for my room to go from 74’ to 72’ and never got cooler than that.

The hotel had issues with their elevator during our entire stay. Made everything super inconvenient. One elevator was down and the one kept having issues. I had to take the stairs to the eighth floor during my stay at one point. Wouldn’t recommend until this issue is resolved.

The bathroom had hair in the corners and the corners were filthy. The bathrooms need some remodeling. At one time both elevators were inoperable. Being on the top floor with an ADA condition and having to use the stairs was really difficult

One working elevator was a little annoying, staff was very nice and attentive. Room extremely lackluster, could be cleaner, specifically the air vents covered in dust and dirty shower. Get what you pay for i suppose. Wont be back unless its all thats available. No problems with staff to be clear, just crappy rooms and 1 working elevator for a 9 story hotel is a pain
