The staff at check in and in the attached restaurant are absolutely amazing. I got recommendations for a different spot for dinner and it was the best meal I’ve ever eaten. The room was perfect. Clean, quiet, and had everything I needed.

While on the way from the airport to union station and the hotel we were notified by the hotel that they could not accommodate us anymore and we had been moved to another hotel. Once we go to union station we could no longer walk to the hotel an had to pay for an Uber to get to the new one. We could no longer walk to the concert and had to take public transit there and back. We will need to take public transit tomorrow or an uber to get to union station. We chose the original hotel due to location. The new hotel rate was cheaper than the original hotel so we we were downgraded but paid the same price.

Room was clean. Had a little issue with water in bathroom but was taken care of after call to front desk. Needed extra towels and they were very prompt in getting them to us.
