The entire first floor of this good sized home is yours to enjoy. You will find a massive sectional couch with a 65” wall mounted TV, an open floor plan to a giant, cozy dining table, and directly outside the dining room sliding door you have a private patio, patio table, and sitting area for your relaxation in the fenced in back yard. There is a second entirely separate, private unit downstairs as well in this home, it has it's own separate entrance. There is a shared outdoor hot tub for you to enjoy and loads of yard games, corn hole (bags), ladder golf, Kan Jam, & glow in the dark bocce ball are all available to enjoy!

The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances with a giant pantry, and a center island for entertaining. Three good sized bedrooms each contain King Beds, with 2 desks for work from home, in addition to plenty of other locations to work from in the common spaces. There is a full bathroom in the master and a second full bathroom off of the hallway. You will be greeted to a tiled entryway with coat closets and classic Colorado artwork adorning the walls! Enjoy sitting outside, relaxing in tranquility, and having an evening hot tub session before settling into your comfy king bed for a great night's sleep. Enjoy Denver, Colorado!!

The entire upstairs, private kitchen, private dining and living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. This is a main floor living unit, you will have your own private patio area in the back yard. There is a separate Airbnb in the basement of this home with it's own access point. There is a shared hot tub in the back yard which is shared with the downstairs Airbnb guests. There is also a shared laundry room down the basement stairs outside the basement unit.
Other things to note
This is a private unit, in a private home, but a shared house. This unit is privately located on the main level and there is a second Airbnb unit, totally separated from this unit in the basement.

There is a unit in the basement with a separate entrance located in the backyard, with it's own kitchen, social area and bedrooms. The backyard and hot tub are shared among each unit, which provided each party is respectful works out great for everyone. All we ask is for simple, friendly communication between any guest interactions.

The house was designed with privacy in mind with loads of insulation between units. Each unit has their own private patio table, chairs and grill. The basement units patio and grill is to the side of the house, the upstairs unit's patio and grill is to the back of the house.
