You've also got a 1-4 player X-man arcade game that will bring you down memory lane! And no game room is complete without foosball!

Large master suite overlooking the backyard. Features a king bed with memory foam mattress, plenty of storage space with a dresser and large closet. There is also an attached, private, full bathroom.

Bright and vibrant bedroom offering a queen bed with memory foam mattress, a closet,and dresser.

▪ 3rd Bedroom / Office▪
This bedroom has a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom and a twin bed on the top, although the listing photo only shows a twin bed. It also has a closet and a desk with a comfortable desk chair – great for remote work!

▪ 4th & 5th Bedrooms ▪
Located on the garden level and basement level, respectively. Both have a queen bed, dresser, and closet.

- Adjacent to the kitchen, you will find marble dining table that seats 6 + 4 bar stools. And a high chair for the little ones!

- One bathroom is located inside the primary bedroom, one is in the main hallway, and one is in the garden level. All bathrooms have:
- Bathtub with shower 
- Shampoo, conditioner, and soap provided
- Complimentary spare toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, and feminine products in case you forgot your own
- Fresh towels and make-up removal towels

▪ Backyard▪
- Large backyard with patio, sectional sofa, and egg chair. Great for soaking up the summer sun or reading with a warm cup of coffee on cool Fall mornings,
- During the colder months (approx. November-April) the patio furniture is put in storage
- The backyard is mostly fenced. There are two 6-ft sections that are not fenced. Some guests put the trash cans or cornhole boards across the gaps to contain dogs/children.
- Due to drought conditions for several years in a row, the grass in the backyard has mostly died so it is no longer lush and green like the photos :(

Two yoga mats, a doorway pull-up bar, a resistance band, and PowerBlock adjustable dumbbells (24lbs/11kg each) are located in the entryway closet for guest use.

▪ Baby Gear ▪
Infants welcome! A pack n play with clean sheets, high chair, children's dinnerware sets, and sippy cups are always at the home.

- 3 free parking off-street spaces on the left side of the house
- There are two uncovered spaces and one covered space under the carport
- Free overnight street parking in front of the house
