The room smelled like dirty dog & cigarettes. The tiles in the floors were falling apart. The floors were so dirty my feet were black. The shower looks dirty & the bed is very uncomfortable.

When you first walk in the hotel smells amazing, everybody was super friendly and helpful, milk, and cookies in the lobby at night is such a great touch, and super thankful for the bottled water at the front desk. Everything was very clean. The room was great. Could not have asked for a better stay. I will definitely be returning.

The property is just okay. I have an average rating because the front desk customer service could have been better. When asking questions the front desk acted like it was a bother. There’s a sign in the room that says if you need ice to call the operator and they’ll bring it to you. No one ever came. If they were too busy they could have just guided us as to where to get the ice ourselves. We also asked for extra pillows and that never came. Valet service was pricey but the valet customer service was excellent. our stay here was just okay, I would not stay here again.

Harrys restaurant had a great made to order breakfast. They are extremely short staffed. No managers are there in the evenings to supervise. The experience was nice, but management seems to be lacking. The staff that was working took great care of us. You may need to look into upper management and restructure. evenings.
