A quick walk to the Light Rail will take you to destinations within the greater metro area. After exploring, return to your guesthouse with garage parking, full kitchen, walk-in tile shower, KING Bed, private patio, washer/dryer, WiFi, and a few very SPECIAL amenities that you'll have to visit to discover.

Start the day sitting on your private patio next to a tree-lined park while enjoying a cup of locally roasted coffee, or a café latte from your personal Coffee Bar. After an amazing cup, get ready for the day in your luxury bathroom with walk-in tile shower with dual shower heads, dual vanities and quality bathroom essentials. Explore the area using your included cruiser bikes or a short walk to many of our favorite places listed on our digital guidebook. If you have a vehicle parked in your dedicated garage parking, you can get to any destination from your centrally located home away from home!

After exploring, come home and enjoy an evening on the private patio around your propane fire table. Make some dinner on your outdoor BBQ grill or in your spacious full kitchen. Wind down watching the 55” HDTV in your living room or 40” HDTV in your King size bedroom with included HBO and Showtime premium cable channels. Parking - You are free to use the garage to park while staying with us, as long as you're not driving a TANK. Most mid size cars and smaller SUVs fit just fine. If you are driving a tank we live on a cul-de-sac next to a park where there are no homes. There is always plenty of parking there. Or, many guests will use the curved part of the alley just outside the cottage to park.

Our Neighborhood - We are in the historic Whittier neighborhood just North of downtown Denver. We are walking distance to many breweries and restaurants in the RiNo Art District. We're a quick 7 minute walk to the light rail station that will take you downtown to the 16th St Mall. Or, an Uber to just about anywhere downtown or RiNo is around $10 during non-prime hours. Also, since we're centrally located we are close to many museums, parks, sporting events, zoo, etc. Great location for a home-base for all of your exploring needs!

Aurora and I really did spend a great deal of time and thought into making our space feel like home! We've included several little "perks" like the coffee bar, pillow menu and some others that you'll just have to discover when you book with us. :-)

Cozy! Responsive & thought of

Property was clean & tidy! The hosts were very responsive to our questions both during & before our stay. They’ve thought of everything, including having nice little extras that are often forgotten while traveling. The local recommendations were great. We had an issue with the garage door opener and Simon attempted to fix it right away, which was so appreciated! He communicated what was happening right away too.

Great quiet place close to downtown

We were in town for a game, this location was close enough to everything (botanical gardens, zoo, restaurants, light rail) that we could explore but wasn't constantly loud like downtown would have been. Apartment renovations were clearly well thought out and the private patio is a really nice little oasis. I particularly appreciated that the door code was changed to something unique to me, which always helps me feel safe when I travel.

They thought of everything

The beer in the fridge came in handy when our flight was delayed and we didn’t arrive until 1:30am. The pillow bar gave us a very comfortable sleep. The coffee bar helped wake us up in the morning. I loved the local touches in the decor. Heads up, the microwave is the smaller oven-looking appliance. I humorously thought there were 2 ovens! Overall, my husband and I would stay here again if there is a concert in the area we are traveling to.

While Christmas in Denver

This rates at the top of rentals I've stayed in. Very clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive. The place was better than described. The garage was a big plus during the snowy days. It was even decorated for Christmas.

A lovely apartment to use for some time in Denver. Easily accessible by Uber with downtown and other areas of the city a short ten minute ride. The apartment was comfy enough that we were looking forward to crashing on the couch and watching tv after long days. The guide they provide you with is so helpful and they were there anytime we texted them to give us info or guidance!
