Smokey rooms - even in our non-smoking one. Breakfast was included in the booking when we made it, but was revoked when we arrived. Uber drivers were friendly but the hotel wasn’t too accessible by any other means of transportation.

Seemed pretty safe. This is a very deceiving hotel. Its old and run down. Don't stay here if you're looking for 5 star amenities. It get the job done. But it's definitely a 2 star.

Didn’t make it to the room due to unfortunate events and this property refuses to refund my money. I couldn’t get to the phone to call to cancel so soon as I was able to I called explaining my situation they didn’t care. No I will never spend $100 with them again they could have offered me a different amount however they refuse to do nothing so I will choose to go else where with my business. not a good look for first time stay and I’m here all the time they rather loose potential thousands to 100$

Laundry machines do not work properly. Also when needing quarter's to wash front staff never has quarters nor have a machine that gives change. Dissatisfied that the free breakfast is gone. Now you have to pay extra to get breakfast. Doesn't provide even a free little morning snack nor coffee. Have coffee in room but not what I expected. Rooms are acceptable also pool and hallways. Also dislike the fact that the hallways smell like pill smokers. Especially by the 2 and 3rd floor elevators. Staff is wonderful 👍 no issues.

The rooms were filled with a bunch of temporary fixes for major long term problems, outlets dont work, door access from outside around the building doesnt work, front Desk help is rude and lacks respect. Call guest crackheads and are not properly trained.
